Lovely property! We had 6 adults and a young toddler, the layout was great to not wake anyone up while still having fun. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood, we even met the neighbor who recommended some places to try. Clean home with all the basics you could want for a short trip.

We’ve stayed in quite a few Air B&B’s for family gatherings. This was the best so far. The house itself was wonderful-great updates, but the outdoor area was amazing!!! Emmanuel was terrific! I had several questions after we checked in, but he responded so quickly, and so nicely. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting the Frankfort area, especially if you have a good sized group.

Perfect. Seriously. We hosted 8 friends who have been friends for 40 years. Great kitchen, wonderful mattresses, patio and fire pit, fun game room. Beautiful views, super quiet. The neighbors were friendly and inviting! Made our annual get together one we will tell stories about for years to come. Thank you Emmanuel!

We loved our stay at this cabin. The house held our 16 guests with ease and the kitchen was stocked with anything we could’ve needed. Emmanuel was very responsive when we had a question about one of the games even though it was 10pm. The cabin was in an amazing location with just a short walk to the beach and minutes from the big store if we forgot anything we needed. 10/10 experience!

Great house, so many things to do. The two hot tubs were great for a large group. It is closer to other houses than it looks in the photos but the neighbors were nice and we had no issues. The house is very close to distilleries in Frankfort and it was an easy trip. Lots of spices and extra things in the kitchen that made it very nice.

HOST: Emmanuel (and Diego) were quick to respond and SUPER kind and accommodating to our changing plans. HOME: This fully-stocked home was perfect for a fun, family vacation. Games and activities indoors and outdoors to keep the kids entertained for hours. Google maps doesn't show the ADU built into the converted garage, so the added house number on another door in the driveway can create a little confusion the first time you look for the house and the correct front door, but the residents in that unit don't have access to the main house or backyard, and we couldn't hear them. We hosted out of state family there - 6 kids total (ages 3-8); everyone loved the house and we want to book it again. LOCATION: The home is in a safe and lovely neighborhood, just a few minutes away from lots of stores and restaurants. We only had to drive 10 minutes to Sesame Place Waterpark and only 20-30 minutes to explore Little Italy downtown, the USS Midway Museum, Seaworld, and Belmont Park.

Emmanuel's house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and lots to do for our 5 children. We really loved the fun costal vibe of the decor and super comfy beds. We took advantage of the hot tub and the kids LOVED the game room. We also enjoyed the BBQ and the outdoor dining space. This really felt like home away from home! I would definitely recommend this space to all my friends!

Our family had an awesome time. The house was in a great location and very comfortable. We ended up loving being in the house a lot that the kids wanted to hang out in the house, pool, and game room which made for a very relaxing family vacation.

Very responsive and checked in with us. We had a sight issue and he quickly worked to resolve it. Will stay there again when we make our next trip for the bourbon trail. It was so easy to get to and great access to several distilleries and Buffalo Trace just 4 miles away!
