This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Other Details to Note
House Rules: Treat our home with respect and care for it as you would your own. No smoking or vaping, no drugs, and no unregistered guests. See our guidebook for more details on the house rules. We do allow pets for a $100 fee for up to two pets. Check-In/Out Details: Easy self-check-in with a digital lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM. General checkout procedures are to lock the doors, close the windows, leave dishes clean or at least in the dishwasher, and leave used beds undone and used towels in the floor. Generally tidy up the place and leave it the way you found it. Nothing too complex :) There is a train crossroad (not super nearby) and you may occasionally hear the train horn at night. The game room is in a detached garage that faces the backyard pool area, feel free to open the rollout door to enjoy and get some fresh air! The staircases are steep, and the head clearance is from 1900s standards which means that a tall person can bump their head. Watch out! Fun fact: The main house has 3 staircases. The second staircase in the kitchen goes to the same second floor as the main staircase because, back in the early 1900s, staff was not allowed to use the main staircase — so they built a separate one from the kitchen. The third one is to get to the finished attic where the air hockey table is located
