IMPORTANT Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog/Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog/Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please complete this step prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. There is an ADU in the front of the house right next to the garage with an independent entrance, the people living there don't have access to the backyard.

HOUSE RULES Treat our home with respect and care for it as you would your own. No smoking or vaping, no drugs, and no unregistered guests. See our guidebook for more details on the house rules. We do allow dogs for a $100 fee for up to two dogs. Dogs must not be left alone in the house at any time. Please be careful with your luggage to not damage the wooden floors. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DETAILS Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM. General checkout procedures are to lock the doors, close the windows, leave dishes clean or at least in the dishwasher, and leave used beds undone and used towels in the floor. Generally tidy up the place and leave it the way you found it. Nothing too complex :) While you're here to enjoy the beach vibes, we also want to make you aware of the local wildlife that calls this area home. We've seen birds, mice, spiders, skunks and other critters at the property. Although we have not seen them at the property, there are also snakes in the nearby trails, be careful while exploring and have fun!

Assumption of Risk: I understand that the use of a hot tub and/or pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, drowning, heat-related illness, and exposure to bacteria or chemicals. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. Health Precautions: I affirm that no one in my party will use the hot tub and/or pool if they are pregnant, have a heart condition, skin condition, or other health concerns unless cleared by a physician. 3. Supervision Required: Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the hot tub and/or pool. No diving or horseplay is permitted. 4. No Alcohol or Glassware: I agree not to use the hot tub and/or pool while intoxicated or to bring glass containers into the hot tub and/or pool area. 5. HOST: Emmanuel (and Diego) were quick to respond and SUPER kind and accommodating to our changing plans. HOME: This fully-stocked home was perfect for a fun, family vacation. Games and activities indoors and outdoors to keep the kids entertained for hours. Google maps doesn't show the ADU built into the converted garage, so the added house number on another door in the driveway can create a little confusion the first time you look for the house and the correct front door, but the residents in that unit don't have access to the main house or backyard, and we couldn't hear them. We hosted out of state family there - 6 kids total (ages 3-8); everyone loved the house and we want to book it again. LOCATION: The home is in a safe and lovely neighborhood, just a few minutes away from lots of stores and restaurants. We only had to drive 10 minutes to Sesame Place Waterpark and only 20-30 minutes to explore Little Italy downtown, the USS Midway Museum, Seaworld, and Belmont Park.

Emmanuel's house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and lots to do for our 5 children. We really loved the fun costal vibe of the decor and super comfy beds. We took advantage of the hot tub and the kids LOVED the game room. We also enjoyed the BBQ and the outdoor dining space. This really felt like home away from home! I would definitely recommend this space to all my friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel’s place! The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our big group, including both seniors and kids. The jacuzzi and gaming areas were definite highlights and kept everyone entertained. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive throughout and was kind enough to extend our checkout time, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this stay to others!
